1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on 365pk, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager — whether on sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games or table games — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and 365pk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue using the platform.
Important: These Terms apply to all products on the 365pk platform including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games, the Game Lobby and the VIP programme. Using any one of these sections means you accept the full Terms.
365pk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To register and use a 365pk account, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 365pk is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit minors to register, deposit, wager or use any part of the platform in any capacity.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
- You must be the sole and legitimate owner of the payment method you use to deposit funds.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a 365pk employee where that creates a conflict of interest.
Age Verification: 365pk may request identity documentation at any point to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, truthful and up to date. Providing false information — including regarding your age — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account on 365pk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, valid contact information and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Do not share your username or password with anyone else.
- Do not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
- 365pk will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.
All activity carried out under your account — including any deposits, wagers or withdrawals — is your responsibility. 365pk is not liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised login credentials where that sharing was initiated by you.
PKR Account Balance: Your 365pk account balance is held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your balance. What you deposit in PKR is what you see in your wallet — no hidden exchange rate margins.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
365pk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals from Pakistani players:
- JazzCash — Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet
- Easypaisa — available for both deposits and withdrawals
- Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
- Bank Transfer — direct transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts
- Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard where supported
- Mobile Wallets — additional local mobile wallet options as available
All transactions are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
- You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of request.
- 365pk reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
365pk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slots may carry different contribution percentages, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
- 365pk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, bonus hunting or multi-accounting.
Tip: Always read the individual promotion page for the specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit and minimum odds before accepting a bonus. These details override the general rules above.
6 Sports Betting Rules
The 365pk sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test series and ODIs), football, esports and additional sports. All bets placed on the platform are subject to the following rules:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked.
- In-play (live betting) odds change in real time. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation — pending bets where the odds have changed before confirmation are not guaranteed at the originally displayed price.
- If a match, fixture or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules displayed for that event type. Cricket matches interrupted by weather are handled under the standard cricket rain rule provisions.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting slip and vary by sport and market type.
- 365pk reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or where market integrity has been compromised.
- PSL betting markets close before the official match start time. Early closure of any market is at the platform's discretion and may occur without prior notice.
Results are settled based on the official result from the governing body of the relevant sport. Any subsequent amendments to an official result — including result reversals — will be reflected in bet settlement adjustments where practically possible.
7 Live Casino, Slots & Table Games Rules
The 365pk Game Lobby includes live casino tables, RNG slot games, table games and instant win products. The following rules apply across all casino and slots products:
- All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer feeds from third-party providers. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the
platform or the player.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed on the individual game information page before you launch a title. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or slot spin, the round will be completed and settled according to the game outcome at the point of disconnection. 365pk is not liable for losses caused by poor internet connections on the player's side.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed within each game before play begins.
- Any technical malfunction that results in an incomplete or clearly erroneous game result will render that round void and any stakes for that round will be returned.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are subject to the specific wagering and maximum win terms stated in the relevant promotion.
Game Providers: Games in the 365pk lobby are supplied by third-party providers. Each provider's own game rules apply within their titles and are accessible via the game information panel before launching any title.
8 VIP Programme
The 365pk VIP programme rewards consistent players with tier-based benefits. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions:
- VIP tier progression is calculated based on real-money wagers placed across all sections of the platform — slots, live casino, table games and sports betting all count.
- VIP status and accumulated points are associated with a single account. Points cannot be combined across accounts or transferred to another user.
- 365pk reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and point values at any time. Changes will be communicated via the VIP section of the platform.
- VIP benefits including enhanced withdrawal limits, dedicated support access and exclusive bonuses are only available to accounts in good standing — accounts under investigation or with outstanding verification requirements are ineligible.
- Wagers that are later voided do not count toward VIP progression.
9 Responsible Gaming
365pk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all adults who choose to use the platform. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, available at any time through account settings:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps that take effect immediately upon confirmation.
- Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of active play.
- Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one business day.
- Reality check prompts — periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration.

10 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365pk platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Creating more than one account per person, household or device
- Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting bugs, errors or unintended promotions (commonly called "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting")
- Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location
- Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
- Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime
- Sharing accounts or allowing third parties to use your account
- Colluding with other players in any game or betting market
- Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other users
Zero Tolerance: 365pk operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, multi-accounting and bonus abuse. Confirmed violations result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance. 365pk will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.
11 Account Closure & Termination
Either you or 365pk may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- User-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance (subject to verification and wagering requirement checks) will be returned via your registered payment method.
- Platform-initiated closure: 365pk may suspend or permanently close an account if these Terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, if identity verification cannot be completed, or if required by applicable law.
- Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 365pk's discretion following investigation.
- Self-exclusion requests result in account closure for the requested period. During a self-exclusion, you will not be able to reopen the account or create a new one under any name.
12 Limitation of Liability
365pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The following limitations apply:
- 365pk is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, data feed interruptions or technical issues outside our direct control.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own login credentials.
- Any dispute regarding game outcomes or bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised outside this window may not be accepted.
- 365pk does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Winnings may have tax implications under your personal circumstances, and you are responsible for any such obligations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13 Changes to These Terms
365pk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will notify active users via the platform's notification system or via the registered email address on the account.
Your continued use of the 365pk platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
